Sit-on plants mix – 5 potted plants
With the Mix of 5 potted plants, you get an exclusive selection of plants that are perfect for attaching to stones, roots and hardscape. These plants do not require a substrate, are easy to care for and ideal for aquascaping and natural underwater landscapes. They are suitable for small to medium-sized aquariums (from 30 liters) and add structure and depth to the aquarium.
Anubias barteri var. nana – Robust classic
The popular Anubias barteri var. nana is one of the hardiest aquarium plants. It grows slowly and prefers to be attached to stones or roots. Its thick, dark green leaves are rarely damaged by herbivorous fish.
Anubias barteri ‚Petite‘ – Perfect for nano aquariums
This miniature variety grows very slowly and remains particularly compact at 2-5 cm tall. Its fine leaves make it the ideal choice for small aquariums and detailed aquascapes. Fixing with nylon cord or superglue makes it easier to attach to hardscape.
Bucephalandra pygmaea ‚Bukit Kelam‘ – Exotic beauty
Native to Borneo, Bucephalandra pygmaea ‚Bukit Kelam‘ is a fascinating plant with wavy, deep green leaves. Its leaf structure with fine white dots makes it a visual highlight. It grows slowly and prefers shady areas in the aquarium.
Bucephalandra ‚Kedagang‘ – Metallic play of colors
With its narrow, dark green leaves and striking, reddish rhizome, Bucephalandra ‚Kedagang‘ offers a special depth of color. Under water, the leaves can develop a blue-metallic shimmer, making them a real eye-catcher.
Hygrophila pinnatifida – Unique leaf shape
This unusual plant develops on hardscape and forms horizontal side shoots that attach themselves to stones or roots. Its lobed leaves with leather-brown upper side and wine-red underside provide a striking contrast in the aquarium.
